This hotel is a hidden gem on the Brenta riviera, offering a perfect location for exploring the nearby cities of Venice, Padua, and Verona. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with a touch of 19th-century design that adds a historic charm. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated their advice on transportation and local visits, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Another highlight is the breakfast included in the room rate, offering a variety of fresh options to start the day off right. Additionally, the sensibly priced drinks and the convenience of a nearby pizzeria make dining easy and affordable.
No complaints, everything was just right.

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The rooms were clean and loveley. It was calm and quiet.
The location is quite a distance from Venice. You will have to take this into consideration, especially consodering expenses for travelling when staying in the hotel.

Nice, small hotel, very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, knows English and wants to help. With a great location close to (about half an hour by bus) Venice and Padua, and 1 hour by car to Verona.
Breakfast is quite sparse, and no buffet breakfest, but continental brekfest. There is nothing salty, no ham, eggs, etc..

The rooms are beautifully furnished in the style of the 19th century, giving it a unique charm. The attention to detail is impressive, from the sensibly priced drinks to the free bicycles provided for exploring the area. The location is perfect, with easy access to the center of Mira by the Brenta river, and there's a local pizzeria just 300m up the road.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

We stayed in Alcova del Doge just for 1 night, but would stay longer. The place is peacefull and the room was beautifull, with perfect bathroom and very nice courtyard. Is situated on one of the main traffic streets in Mira, but inside, there is no noise.
No complaints. Just advice for some more nice restaurnts in the vicinity would be helpfull. We were adviced to visit nearby pizza, but we were disapointed. Quite pricy for poor quality meal.

We loved the comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with both sweet and salty options, and the spacious, well-equipped bathrooms. The hotel staff, particularly Sabrina and Michaela, were kind, organized, and accommodating. Additionally, the convenient parking and proximity to local restaurants and transportation made exploring the surrounding areas, including Venice, easy and hassle-free.
Nothing that we didn't like.

We had an amazing stay in this quaint hotel. the location was perfect as it was walking distance to a number of decent restaurants, the local pizzeria and on the Brenta riviera, while still being close to the center of Venice. the rooms were spacious and the on-suite shower room was clean. the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early and store our luggage after checkout. the breakfast was lovely and had a good variety of sweet and savory items.
At times we could hear noise from other guests walking past our door.

The hotel is located in a very nice area with beautiful views of the countryside. It was also easy to reach the nearby city by public transport, which saved us a lot of time and money. Another good aspect was the free bicycles, which allowed us to explore the region more easily and have some fun.
The hotel was not up to our expectations. The rooms were quite dirty and poorly maintained, and we didn't get the sense that the staff cared much about us or our experience. The breakfast was quite basic and not very fresh either. we were disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.
